What type of funding does Bloom provide?

Bloom provides unsecured capital ranging from £10K to £10M through a revenue-sharing agreement. We work with you on how much you can afford and you pay us back with a percentage of your card sales (debit and credit). Basically, you only pay us when your customers pay you.

We charge a flat daily fee, so you only pay for what you use. Pay us back early, and you will pay less. Plus, there’s no interest rate and we don’t ask for equity, warrants, or personal guarantees.

How does Bloom capital differ from a loan product?

A traditional loan has an APR – a fixed repayment period, and a fixed monthly repayment amount.

The funding we offer is repaid as a percentage of your sales. You pay less in a quiet period, and you can accelerate repayments when your sales pick up steam again. This goes on until both the capital and our fee are repaid. There is no fixed repayment period, although in general our customers pay us back in less than a year.
